Development Support
First and foremost, we communicate our findings and a summary of our work in real-time as the work progresses, so that there are no suprises for you and your organization.
If there are areas of concern identified, we develop and implement a plan designed to specifically address those AOCs so that there are no unanswered or ambiguous findings. If that means moving to a Phase 2 ESA, we can mobilize our in-house environmental drilling rigs to quickly collect data and address those findings – another unique Cirrus capability.

Phase 1/Phase 2 ESA report
Finally, we produce an integrated Phase 1/Phase 2 ESA report that ties everything together in a cohesive package that is specifically tailored to meet Canadian lending institutions requirements. The report is sent in draft for the client to review and comment on before final signature(s) and issuance. What we have learned over 30 years is that most Canadian lending institution prefer this approach when compared to disparate reports, with loose-ends that have been prepared months apart.
